The after-sales service at AP Armor involves the maintenance and repair of the armor unit, as well as the general maintenance of the vehicle. It is important that customers feel safe and confident in the quality of the armor and that they have a team of professionals who can provide fast and efficient service in case of any problem.
In addition, the post-sale service allows us to create customer loyalty plans so that their units are always in optimal conditions.
Maintenance service
Focused on always going a little further for the safety and protection of our customers, we deliver the vehicles with a Maintenance manual for the armor, which includes a section dedicated to recommendations for its good care.
This maintenance manual is always accompanied by a personal induction with customers to explain the benefits of the installed armor, as well as the operation of accessories and safety devices that come with the armor.
24 month warranty
The services that AP Armor offers have a basic guarantee of 24 months for all the work carried out and the materials installed. This warranty can be extended to 36 or 48 months for an additional cost and provided that the client completes the periodic services required by AP Armor. It is important to note that all shielding packages come with the first year of service (2 semi-annual services) totally free.
Customization Service
Within the portfolio of products that we offer, such as ultra-light armor packages such as Anti-theft, Level II, Level III and levels against long rifles such as Level IV, level V and level VI. We also offer personalized and customized services to the needs of our clients.
